T3 Adventures has joined with our friends at North American Ski Training and Climbing School (NASTC) to ready you for that bigger, steeper, bucket list trip of your dreams.
There are some things that are simply meant to be. Wine and Cheese. Burger and Fries. Peanut Butter and Chocolate. A perfect partner is one that complements the other, sharing both our foresights and achievements together.
With the same immense sense of respect for the mountains that we live and play in, plus a passion for creating extraordinary outdoor adventures, T3 is proud to find an adventure company that gives as much as we do. After collaborating for many years, we have partnered with NASTC, which is founded and run by Jenny and Chris Fellows. Shared values include an authentic connection to day to day operations and a vision for insightful adventure travel.
NASTC provides the technical expertise for Trip Training and co-hosts select adventures tours. Handpicked from the highest echelon of ski instructors (the PSIA Alpine Team and the Western Regional Demonstration Team), NASTC knows how to create exceptional skier experiences. In addition, NASTC has decades of rock climbing and guiding experience. Whether you are learning tips for multi-pitch climbs, rappelling for the first time or cruising down increasingly advanced snow-covered terrain, you will be impressed with the caliber of NASTC’s teachers and guides while you impress yourself with new skills.
T3 Adventures and NASTC are both family-owned, boutique companies focused on creating authentic relationships with our guests. Expect unparalleled attention to details – we’ve done all the homework and explored new boundaries, allowing you to disconnect from everyday stressors to discover, create, and savor your best self.
Together, we are committed to bringing you adventures that will keep you inspired and feeling truly alive.
More About NASTC:
Skiing with NASTC is a chance to ski with the best instructors in the country. Our staff is handpicked from the highest echelon of ski instructors, PSIA alpine team / alumni and PSIA regional education team members (the teachers of the teachers). The Professional Ski Instructors of America (PSIA) is the national governing body for the profession of ski instruction. PSIA with the aid of the Alpine Team, determines the standards for national certification and the curriculum for ski schools across the country.
The 12 member PSIA alpine team / alumni and PSIA regional education team members are selected every four years through a rigorous selection process that is based upon expertise in teaching, passion for learning and athletic skill. This is the highest level of achievement than an instructor can attain. These individuals are the “Top Guns.” Skiing with NASTC is a chance to ski with these teachers of teachers. At NASTC you will ski with the same trainer all through your course, and have the chance to join that trainer again at other NASTC clinics.
Our backcountry and European off-piste and touring courses are led by highly experienced AMGA and UIAGM certified guides. AMGA is the American Mountain Guides Association and UIAGM is the International Mountain Guides’ Association. Certification by either is an extremely difficult achievement and represents a huge commitment and body of knowledge. All of our staff members share common a love for the sport of skiing, a passion for teaching and respect for the mountains that we live and play in. The NASTC team is dedicated to providing upper level skiers with the best instruction at the world’s premier mountains and resorts.
